The Approach

Three movements of a proactive life

Most medicine is reactive — it waits for something to break. Sartoria works years earlier, while problems are still silent and still reversible.

01 — MEASURE

Take the full measure

Advanced diagnostics map where you truly stand today — labs, whole-body MRI, heart and vascular workup, a cancer-detection strategy, body composition, and fitness.

02 — TAILOR

One clear plan

Every finding becomes a single prioritized roadmap — the few changes and safeguards that matter most for you, in order.

03 — YOURS

Fitted over time

Coached programs across sleep, nutrition, movement, medicine, and mind — adjusted as your life and your numbers change.

A Note From the Founder

"The most important medicine happens long before the operating room — in the years when a disease is still silent, and still reversible."

I spent more than twenty-five years as a surgeon. The work I trained for was personal: a person sat across from me, frightened and in pain, and trusted me to understand them and act. Somewhere along the way, the system began to treat that person as a coded encounter — a slot on a schedule, a number to move through.

I came to believe the care that matters most is the care almost no one is paid to give: catching the thing early, taking someone's true measure, and building an honest plan. So I decided to build it myself — the practice I would want for my own family. I named it Sartoria, after the tailor's atelier, because there, nothing comes off the rack.
